|A meal at Sufi's starts with traditional Persian bread, baked to order and served with sabzi consisting of
radishes, fresh herbs, feta, walnuts, olives and butter. Appetizers include eggplant dishes, dolmeh,
hummus and yogurt dips. Stews, soups, and salads are offered, with the rich and skillfully prepared
Fesenjoon Stew as our signature dish. Polo (rice) includes favorites Adas Polo with lentil, onion and
raisins and Zereshk Polo with barberries, pistachio and almonds. |
For entrees, Sufi's offers a variety of unique lamb, vegetable, chicken, and salmon kabobs, including the famous Shish Kabob, made with fresh vegetables and tender strips of beef tenderloin. All kabobs are slowly cooked to perfection over an open fire.
Entrees, rice dishes and kabobs can be served family-style to offer a communal dining experience. Great for large families, birthday parties and corporate gatherings.
